Return policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days from the delivered date for a full refund or an exchange. The shipping costs will be borne by the customer. You can call our customer service on +33 1 71 37 91 04 if you have any questions.

This also applies to engraved jewelry. For the re-delivery of jewels already engraved, we charge a flat rate of 100 euros retained upon reimbursement of the purchase price.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by means of an unambiguous declaration by post to the address “DC Gems, 55 avenue Marceau, 75116 Paris, France”, or by email to the address contact@DCgems. Com.

You will have to return or return the jewel to “DC Gems, 55 avenue Marceau, 75116 Paris, France” when communicating your decision to withdraw from the purchase, the sender's stamp being taken as proof when sending.

Please note that DC will not accept products that have been damaged, altered or worn by the customer. Also, products cannot be returned after the 30-day return period. Special orders (orders placed by telephone or orders specially made for the customer on request) are not refundable.

All returned items must be accompanied by the product tag, free gift (if any), and all certificates provided in the original packaging. All returned items will be inspected by our QA team before a refund is issued. Once approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days and returned to you the same way as the original payment.

Return Policy

If you return part of your order, we will only refund the returned goods. If you do not return the free gift (if there is), the amount of the same product mentioned on our site will be deducted. The remaining amount will be refunded to your account.

Once we receive your returned package, our production team will check all items before issuing a refund. The whole process can take up to 14 days. If the product is found to be unsealed, damaged, altered or worn, it will be returned to you. In these cases, no refund will be granted.

Please ensure that all certificates are returned with the product. In the event of non-compliance, 200 euros will be retained per certificate.

Repair and warranty

We provide the following additional services to ensure that your D&C jewelry is always new.

• Re-polishing and cleaning of jewelry
• Clamping of precious stones or diamonds
• Rhodium re-plating

DC also provides a free ring size adjustment service for the first year after your purchase. However, these shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. To ensure product safety, an insured shipping label must be purchased.

DC does not accept any product that has been repaired or resized by other jewelers. In this case, the service guarantee will be considered void.

Cancellation and changes to orders

Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we will always strive to accommodate requests to cancel or change orders. We will do our best to accommodate requests before shipping. This can inevitably lead to a delay in delivery.

If an order has already been shipped, no changes will be possible. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it once you receive it. If you would like to collect your package in person, please contact us. Once the package is in transit, it will not be possible to forward it to another address.
